• Lead all inventory control, warehouse, and procurement operations
• Manage inventory supporting more than 800 pieces of fleet equipment
• Develop inventory strategies that reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Build relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Oversee purchasing of fleet parts, PPE, shop supplies, tools, and operational materials
• Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting
• Analyze inventory trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Lead warehouse personnel and establish best practices across multiple locations
• Partner with Fleet Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support company growth
• Help prepare inventory resources for emergency storm restoration operations

• 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or supply chain leadership experience
• Experience supporting heavy equipment, construction, forestry, utility, or Class 8 truck fleets preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience
• Advanced Excel and inventory management software experience
• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
