Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Materials Planning Specialist to join their team!

This is a brand-new opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support end-to-end materials planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination while helping improve forecasting, service levels, and operational efficiency. If you enjoy working with data, solving real-world supply chain challenges, and making a measurable impact, this could be a strong next step.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Coordinate import, export, air, ocean, and ground shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and support materials optimization
  • Build and maintain production schedules
  • Analyze supplier performance and lead-time trends
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Use data to improve forecasting and planning decisions
  • Support cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, quality, and finance
Required Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of supply chain or operations planning experience
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work with complex data sets
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:
  • APICS or CSCP certification
  • Power BI experience
  • Power Query or VBA knowledge
  • Statistical forecasting experience
  • Supply chain planning tool experience
  • Understanding of hazardous materials regulations
  • Lean or Six Sigma project experience
  • Experience in chemical or regulated manufacturing environments
