Wright Technical Services is supporting a top client in the CNC machine space who is looking to add a Field Service Engineer to their team in Seattle, Washington. This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of their machinery at customer locations. The right candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment
• Provide on-site technical support to clients
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Document all service and repair activities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer
• Experience with CNC installation and repair
• Experience with industrial maintenance repair
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
