Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:00 with occasional weekend or evening shifts.

Appointment Length: Regular Continuous/Until Further Notice

Hiring Range: $16.00 – $18.00 Hourly

• Respond to faculty and staff maintenance requests
• Strong communication skills
• Conduct property inspections
• Work independently
• Set up classrooms, breakout rooms, meeting halls, and lobbies for special meetings and events
• Collaborate with OSUCHS Facilities and OSU‑Tulsa Maintenance
• Assemble office furniture and other standard office equipment
• Hang large whiteboards, bulletin boards, etc.
• Use power tools
• Work overtime as needed
• Perform and/or assist with general appliance repairs, carpet repairs, and minor A/C and electrical repairs
• Assist with carpentry work, painting, and plumbing duties
• Move appliances with assistance using an appliance dolly
• Assist lead maintenance in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
• Participate in ongoing property improvement and preventive maintenance programs
• Operate the computer system to maintain and track service tickets, inventory, and maintenance reports
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
• Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Provide courteous and helpful customer service
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• High School/GED required, degree conferred on or before start date
• Minimum 6 months maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license
