We're hiring experienced Stainless Steel Structural Welders (Flux‑Core Process) for long term, nationwide turnaround work. If you're dependable, driven, and ready to get paid to travel, read on.

• Tools & PPE Provided – No need to haul your gear. We've got it covered.
• Travel Covered – We pay your airfare and provide shared hotel accommodations.
• Daily Per Diem – $30/day to cover meals and incidentals.

• Fair Pay – $25/hour + $15/hour while traveling to the project.

You’ll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux‑Core process (309 wire on ½" carbon plate). You’ll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical, in high‑pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience.
• Ability to pass bend‑tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux‑Core, 309 wire).
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces.
• Willing to travel continuously nationwide.
• Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety.
• Paid airfare + hotel accommodations.
• Rental car provided (must have valid driver’s license).
