The Job

You'll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on 1/2" carbon plate). You'll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions, including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience
• Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire)
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces
• Willing to travel continuously nationwide
• Must be 21+ with a valid  clean background (no felonies in the last 7 years)
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety
• Paid airfare + hotel accommodations
• Rental car provided (must have a valid driver's license)
• Paid weld test upon successful completion
• Referral bonuses when your referrals get hired
