Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire facility using the
proper chemicals, equipment and techniques. He/she may be required to fill in for the Building
and Grounds Site Supervisor (BGSS) in his/her absence. He/she will report any unsafe
conditions and/or maintenance needs to the BGSS and supervisors.



Minimum Qualifications :
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:

• Previous experience as a custodian preferred

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:

• Clear understanding of different cleaning products and equipment

• Able or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

• Ability to occasionally life more than 50 lbs. assisted

• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds
