Maintenance Director

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community serving Tulsa and the surrounding area. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment, grounds, and physical environment in a safe and functional condition. Our team includes experienced nurses, therapists, and caregivers who work together to create individualized care plans for each resident.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the facility remains safe and functional
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
• Inspect facility equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
• Assist with preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas as needed to ensure a welcoming and safe environment
• Identify and report safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain required maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulations
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred
• Healthcare or facility maintenance experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs is preferred
