We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our company's daily operations. • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate and collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet organizational goals
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a dual or multi-site environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Proficiency in operational software and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully

• Previous Hotel Management Experience is required
