Account Manager

We’re seeking a Client Care Manager (CCM)—someone who combines emotional intelligence with operational excellence—to serve as the trusted guide and primary point of contact for our clients. This role blends high-touch relationship stewardship with disciplined project leadership, all within deeply personal, meaningful work.

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, building trust through clarity, warmth, and follow-through
• Provide concierge-level support to accomplished individuals and families with high expectations and complex lives
• Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and advocate fiercely for your clients internally
• Guide clients through an often emotional, reflective process of legacy preservation with empathy and confidence

• Oversee client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and documentation
• Identify risks early, solve problems decisively, and bring solutions—not surprises
• Contribute ideas that improve how we serve clients and operate as a firm

• Proficiency in CRM and project-management tools

• Experience working with HNW/UHNW families or multigenerational family businesses
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, history, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in a comparable role

• Starting salary of $65,000 or more, commensurate with experience
