Electrical Systems Project Manager

Tulsa, OK

On-site - Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Project Initiation:
    Validate project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with customers, including technical and commercial elements;
    Act as the lead contact during project execution.
  • Project Planning:
    Develop and maintain project organization, schedule, and risk register;
    Engage with internal manufacturing facilities and third-party vendors.
  • Project Execution:
    Monitor project execution through kick-off meetings, scheduling, and communication with all parties;
    Drive risk and change management;
    Solve problems and enhance customer relationships.
  • Project Monitoring and Control:
    Manage project scope changes and process change orders;
    Oversee project performance and verify task completion;
    Establish regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
  • Project Closeout:
    Manage financial reconciliation;
    Verify equipment arrival, installation, and start-up coordination;
    Support customer training;
    Capture lessons learned and documentation for future projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Understanding of supply chain management and production workflows.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer;
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering discipline preferred).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
Experience
  • 35 years of project/program management experience.
  • Understanding of electrical systems integration, HVAC, building or electronic control systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of electrical enclosure integration is a plus.
