Job SummaryThe Branch Manager is a sales-driven leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing staffing team. This role blends hands-on business development with team leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is a competitive sales professional with a proven ability to build teams, develop talent, and consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Own and execute the branch sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue, gross margin, and growth goals.
- Actively generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and C-level partners.
- Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, and close staffing and consulting solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters and sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular coaching sessions, and hold team members accountable to KPIs.
- Foster a high-energy, results-oriented culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional client service and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.
- Oversee delivery quality, retention, and ongoing client satisfaction to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Manage branch operations including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and branch performance to drive data-informed decisions.
- Partner with regional leadership to align branch strategy with company-wide objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience with a strong emphasis on sales and business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of drive, competitiveness, and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
