Education Administration
Most admissions positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes standards. Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking educational models globally. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and personnel. Students reliably advance faster than national averages, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons shift toward depth, autonomy, and practical competency development. The model is proven. - Sustaining precise CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
- Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Accepting families with poor alignment solely to satisfy enrollment targets.
- Overseeing a sizable team or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple staff members.
