Most admissions positions focus on driving numbers. This one is designed to uphold rigor.
Alpha is developing one of the world’s most forward-thinking school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and educators. Students routinely advance at rates exceeding national standards, supported by measurable evidence. Afternoon hours are dedicated to deeper exploration, independent work, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But its success depends entirely on the right family partnerships.
This is your area of responsibility.
You will direct the admissions experience for a campus, managing every step from application submission to final enrollment. This is not a transitional position. You are accountable for the family’s perception of our organization, the clarity with which they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is grounded in appropriate expectations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when warranted.
The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is mutual alignment.
We welcome applicants from elevated service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly managed sophisticated client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a personalized, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.
If your professional background centers on delivering exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and experience quality represent the brand, this position will resonate—applied now to work that genuinely drives measurable outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
