Overview
The Assistant Manager of EVS Services assists the EVS Manager with daily operational tasks including directing tasks and schedules of the EVS supervisors, assisting in the supervision of department staff, and ensuring cleanliness and other department standards are met. Key duties include training department staff, managing supplies, conducting quality inspections including ATP and room audits, tracking and monitoring quality inspection data, updating the department safety huddle board, conducting daily safety huddles, developing and maintaining department schedules, and ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures.
The Assistant Manager may assist the manager in developing the annual budget. In addition, this position is accountable for recruiting, assigning, training, and evaluating staff in partnership with the EVS Manager.
