Director of Sales, Account Manager, Area Manager, Wholesale
OLIPOP seeks a Director of Sales for the Eastern region. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with DSD partners, third‑party sales resources, retailers, and internal teams to drive market growth and brand loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute company strategy and financial objectives.
- Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and food brokers.
- Communicate a monthly volume and distribution plan to meet market goals.
- Translate national strategy into locally executable plans and allocate resources accordingly.
- Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners across all trade channels.
- Design and implement incentive programs to guide distributor organizations in achieving sales targets.
- Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts against annual plans on a monthly basis.
- Leverage key consumption data sources to develop fact‑based plans and solutions.
- Build innovative presentations for business and distribution partners to spur action.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and train Regional Managers to achieve measurable goals.
- Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights.
- Develop short‑ and long‑term plans for portfolio architecture, territory expansion, marketing support, budgets, sales forecasts by SKU, and distribution strategy.
- Accountable for cost containment, sales growth, revenue and profit growth.
- 5‑10 years of sales experience in a consumer‑packaged goods company.
- Proficient in data tools (SPINS, retailer portals) and trade math (selling price, margins).
- Experience managing a field sales team through servant leadership.
- Experience in the natural products industry and knowledge of refrigerated, ambient, or frozen CPG spaces preferred.
- Established relationships with key retail accounts and distributors across multiple channels.
- Strong planning, organization, and project‑management skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
- High EQ approach to selling and leading a team.
- Strong data‑driven mindset and ability to tell a data story.

- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Vice President Field Sales
COMPENSATION$150,000‑$170,000 base salary plus bonus.
