Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in quarry, aggregates, mining, or heavy materials operations.
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multiple sites, departments, or operations.
- Must have a background working with limestone, crushed stone, sand, gravel, concrete aggregates, asphalt aggregates, rip rap, and base materials
. - Proven leadership of operations, maintenance, and production teams.
