Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach in the Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S., you will lead store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the country, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Partner with store leadership to keep projects on track and resolve escalations.
• Supervise hourly team members and oversee day‑to‑day operations during projects.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Develop team members by coaching, mentoring, and providing recognition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote diversity awareness.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or three years of experience in any of the same areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels and project management.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• One year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Primarily overnight shifts (10–12 hours). Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles, with travel constituting approximately 80% of time or 17–21 day assignments. Mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid. Based at a home store with travel to surrounding states or farther as needed.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.
