Overview
Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Staff and Operational Management:
Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling employees, while overseeing daily operations. - Sales and Customer Service:
Support sales performance and customer service through ongoing coaching and training to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Address operational and customer issues promptly. Supports business needs by performing additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. - Store Appearance and Merchandising:
Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance and implement merchandising programs as directed to attract customers. - Compliance and Financial Oversight:
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards, and assist with reporting.
Supports and assists Manager as a SME to drive sales, effective customer support and facilitate operations via coaching and training.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 1+ year of related sales, retail, or call center customer‑facing experience.
Salary range: $47,500.00 – $71,300.00 plus commission.
