Position Summary : The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Support procurement activities related to project materials, equipment, and services.
- Maintain project documentation, technical records, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions.
- Drive process, equipment, and system optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among project stakeholders.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Experience using engineering, design, or CAD software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business
, or a related field preferred. - 5+ years of Project Management, Engineering
, or related experience. - PMP certification or other project management credentials are a plus.
- Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications are beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budget
