As a Sr. Manager Global Design here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy and direction for our global energy and sustainability solutions. You will lead a team of designers, driving the development and implementation of innovative and user-centered design solutions for our customers across industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design goals and requirements, ensuring that our products are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.

Work Schedule:
For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday‑Friday.
- Lead and manage a team of designers to create innovative, user-centered design solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful project execution and define design goals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Develop and implement design strategies and guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency
- Ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
- Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in design, with significant leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
- Proficiency in design tools and software
- Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Ability to drive innovation and creativity - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for creating exceptional user experience

SalaryThe annual base salary range for this position is $167,000 - $209,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
