Responsibilities:

+ Manage development projects through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.

+ Coordinate civil engineering consultants, geotechnical consultants, potholing consultants, and other development vendors.

+ Oversee site development activities while also managing broader project development responsibilities.

+ Collaborate with division offices and cross-functional teams to support project execution.

+ Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

+ Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met across multiple active developments.

+ Review development plans, reports, and consultant deliverables for accuracy and compliance.

+ Identify and resolve project issues related to site development, permitting, and coordination.

+ Maintain communication with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

+ Support continuous project flow and operational efficiency across development initiatives.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field preferred.

+ Minimum 7 years of relevant development/project management experience required.

+ Experience managing development or site development projects in commercial, retail, or land development environments.

+ Strong understanding of civil engineering coordination, permitting, and construction processes.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

+ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

+ Experience working with external consultants and cross-functional internal teams.
