Position:
Branch Manager
Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a growing equipment rental company to help them find a Branch Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities- Grow revenue for the branch and district
- Meet or exceed business plan for the branch
- Answer and resolve customer questions
- Manage your team effectively and efficiently
- Implement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan
- Fleet management
- Manage profit and loss reporting & operational reviews
- Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports
- Support all team members
- Conduct branch audits & inventory reviews
- Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
- High school or GED required; college degree preferred
- 5‑7 years of relatable experience
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pay for the Branch Manager is up to $100,000 per year based on experience.
