Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food Service Supervisor – Management

Assistant Manager role at Braum’s, responsible for leading the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Actively monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure company policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an average 45‑hour work week. Shift: 2:00 pm – Close.

Store Manager

• Retail management experience required.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Hourly: $16.50 – $17.00 (Annual: $50,000 – $52,500). Bonus paid bi‑weekly.
