Our client operates a highly rated, well-established
120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving the Tulsa communities. The organization is known for strong leadership, exceptional survey performance, and a culture centered on compassionate, person-directed care.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in care delivery, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and daily management of all facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members to promote a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, census development, and cost control.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and the surrounding community.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain open, transparent communication with ownership and regional leadership on key operational metrics.
Qualifications
  • Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) in good standing.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
  • Proven success with survey readiness, census growth, and team development.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, financial operations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A results‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
