How you'll make an impact in this roleEngage and assemble stakeholders to drive results focusing on revenue, services growth, expenses, margin-control and financial goal management.
- Attract, recruit and retain talent, cultivating engaged operators, leaders and support staff focused on operational efficient, high-quality care driving the consumer experience.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategies that improve the overall performance metrics and financial performance.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to allocate resources and elevate operational performance, Clinical Medical Information (CMI), staffing needs and benchmark data.
- Foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience.
- Develop professional communication and information for the hospital’s top operations leader
Education:
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
- MBA or Masters degree preferred
- Prior experience as a multi service line leader or Director of Operations in a hospital setting
