As the Community Operations Executive Director, you will lead local efforts to recruit blood donors, engage community sponsors and volunteers, and oversee the efficient collection, storage, and delivery of blood products. This highly visible leadership position combines community engagement with operational leadership in a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

You'll serve as the face of Our Blood Institute in the Tulsa community, leading initiatives that strengthen community partnerships, expand donor engagement, and support our continued growth. You will also provide cross-functional leadership across departments and teams
, aligning people, resources, and priorities to achieve organizational goals. This role requires the ability to influence without direct authority, build strong internal partnerships, and bring diverse teams together to solve challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Our Blood Institute offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Plan, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Tuition Reimbursement along with tenure bonuses ($500 bonus after 6 months, $1,000 bonus after 1 year, and $1,500 bonus after 3 years).

Salary: $95000 - $135000 per year
