A pending retirement and leadership transition has created an outstanding opportunity for an experienced manager to lead one of the busiest and highest-volume commercial tire locations in Oklahoma.

Take Ten Tire & Service is seeking a Commercial Tire Store Manager to oversee our flagship Tulsa operation. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands that success comes from operational excellence, accountability, strong customer relationships, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is visible in the shop, engaged with employees, and capable of leading a large commercial tire operation with confidence.

This is not a desk-management role. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the operation, working alongside staff, supporting customers, and helping drive the continued success of one of the company's most important locations.

Take Ten Tire & Service is a growing commercial tire and service organization with approximately 11 locations across Oklahoma and Iowa.

Unlike large corporate competitors, we offer direct access to ownership and executive leadership. Our owner, COO, and executive team maintain open communication with store leadership and work collaboratively to support operational success.

Our Tulsa location is one of the company's flagship stores and serves a large commercial customer base throughout the region.

As the Location Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success, profitability, and operation of the store.

• Manage the store's overall operational profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Oversee daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and property in safe working condition
• Ensure efficient inventory control and asset management
• Monitor stocking levels, inventory turns, and vendor purchasing policies
• Analyze daily and monthly operational reports for accuracy
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop employees
• Lead a team of approximately 25-30 employees
• Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Support employee development and performance management
• Participate in all required company training
• Own store profitability and operational performance
• Manage labor costs and workforce productivity
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure accurate billing and collections procedures
• Review credits, concessions, and adjustments for accuracy
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when needed
• Prepare reports regarding sales trends, profitability, and operational performance

• Maintain strong relationships with key commercial accounts
• Partner with the sales team to support revenue growth
• Participate in customer visits and relationship-building activities
• Support advertising and promotional initiatives
• Serve as the primary connection between customers, staff, and leadership

• 5+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of P&L management experience
• Commercial tire, truck tire, fleet service, heavy equipment tire, or related industry experience
