Overview
Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma! The Inventory Clerk is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and products to and from vendors. For the verification and maintenance of records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment of materials, supplies and products to and from internal and external customers and vendors to quality and productivity standards.

- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
- Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives goods from Receiving/Inspection, stocks items; labels shelves as necessary.
- Accurately pulls parts from stock for all jobs per kit list requirements.
- Kits all materials for jobs for easy delivery.
- Maintains overhead stock and prepares purchasing requisition for replenishment as needed.
- Compares inventories both visually and to office records, or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Performs weekly cycle counts.
- Prepares sales order folders for production.
- May operate various office machines.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience required.
- 0 - 2 years of related experience, experience in a full-service shipping environment preferred.
- Must have hands on experience with both domestic and international shipping.
- The role is mostly office-based but may spend some time standing and walking on the production floor.
- May be required to operate a computer and/or other office devices.
- Occasionally will have to lift and/or transport items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
- Predominately in a stockroom or warehouse environment with frequent exposure to the production floor and engineering lab.
- While on the production floor or engineering lab, employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts and may be required to put on precautionary, protective wear such as goggles.
- Some travel may be required.
