We’re looking for a Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Associate to join our team and help keep materials flowing smoothly through our operation. This role is essential to supporting production, meeting customer commitments, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Keep Inventory on Track — Use hand-held scanners and inventory systems to accurately track materials and finished goods
  • Perform cycle counts and help with physical inventory audits
  • Investigate discrepancies and help keep inventory records accurate and reliable
  • Power Our Shipping & Receiving Operations — Receive incoming materials and ensure everything is accounted for and properly documented
  • Prepare outgoing shipments so products get where they need to go — on time
  • Label, store, and handle materials safely and efficiently, including sheet metal components
  • Support Production & the Team — Stage materials for production to keep work moving without delays
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse
  • Follow quality and safety standards that protect both people and products
What We’re Looking For Qualifications
  • Experience That Helps You Succeed — Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control — ideally in manufacturing or fabrication
  • Hands-on experience with inventory systems, cycle counting, and hand-held scanners
  • Skills You’ll Use Every Day — Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems
  • Ability to stay focused, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • The handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal or transport of hazardous material.
  • The operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools.
  • Repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage.
  • The operation, maintenance, or oversight of critical services and infrastructure including, but not limited to, electric, gas, and water utilities, power generation or distribution.
  • The extraction, compression, processing, manufacturing, handling, packaging, storage, disposal, treatment or transport of potentially volatile, flammable, combustible materials, elements, chemicals or any other highly regulated component.
