Advanced Manufacturing Manager

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute an advanced manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational readiness.  expert in key advanced manufacturing domains such as automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, or Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies across production sites.

Performs other duties as assigned.
** Job Requirements
** Preferred:
Master’s degree or certification in advanced manufacturing or automation; experience with quality systems, Lean, continuous improvement, and statistical methodologies; certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or advanced technology roles; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
** Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization. Ability to lead global projects and influence cross functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and nontechnical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to guide transformation initiatives. Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form. Strong decision making and problem solving skills for complex technical environments.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings. Ability to travel globally as required (up to 30–50% depending on project needs).Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. during facility visits.
