* Job Summary:

** Responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and organization of products essential to the operation of the R&D Lab. Conducts inventory of consumables to ensure items required are always on hand.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Adheres to all safety regulations.
* Efficiently locates, processes, moves, and stages parts for projects for smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
* Operates equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles.
* Ensuring accuracy in inventory tracking, including location, quantity, and quality of parts
* Works closely with other departments to ensure all required materials are acquired.
* Reports inefficiencies in processes to supervisor.
* Runs weekly report of reserve stock and daily shortages correcting discrepancies.
* Organizes and upkeeps NAIC facility to ensure safety and aesthetics.
* Attends monthly R&D support meetings.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. AAON Forklift Certification
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
* Presents a strong, confident, and decisive personality.
* High attention to detail.
* Possesses basic computer skills.
* Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities, problem solving, and organizational skills.
** Work Environment:
*** Works effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team environment.
* Temperature controlled Test Lab and manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
* Lift up to 50 lbs., climbing, stooping, sitting, or standing for prolonged periods.
