Structural Welder – Night Shift | $25–$27.75/hr | Heavy Industrial Welding

We’re hiring skilled Structural Welders with strong fitting abilities to help build the large‑scale poles used in street lighting and traffic control systems across the country. What You’ll Do- Perform high‑quality metalcore and flux core welding on large structural components.
- Fit, weld, and assemble heavy steel poles used for critical infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy and confidence.
- Complete and pass all required welding and fitting tests.
- Minimum 2 years of heavy industrial welding and fitting experience.
- Strong proficiency in metalcore and flux core processes.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints.
- Experience working with large structures in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid work history and dependable attendance.
- $25–$27.75/hr based on experience.

- Night shift schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–2:30am
, with overtime as needed. - Industrial manufacturing setting working with large steel structures.
- Hard hat provided; bring your own weld hood and steel‑toed boots.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.50 - $24.50/hr.
