Your main tasks include, among others:

• Operate manual mills, lathes and boring mills and other conventional machine tools to produce and repair parts to print
• Perform setups, tooling adjustments, and manual operations using jigs, fixtures and dial indicators
• Operate CNC mills/lathes for parts runs, repairs and modification work
• Perform basic program edits, offsets and troubleshooting to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Docuement work performed in accordance with MRO/FAA requirements and interal QMS processes
• Restore worn, damaged or out of tolerance parts using approved repair instructions
• Support troubleshooting, reverse engineering and special tooling fabrication
• Follow OSHA, FAA and company safety requirements
• Abrasive blasting and applying bonding resins and epoxies

• At least 3 years of experience as Machinist
