Hours:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday

• Follow all lab procedures to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Review engineering drawings and work with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure parts meet required standards
• Inspect and test production and R&D parts to confirm quality and performance
• Record and maintain accurate inspection and test results
• Perform both destructive and non-destructive testing on materials and products
• Identify and report any quality issues or part defects to the appropriate departments
• Help develop and improve testing and inspection methods
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and keep proper records
• Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Train team members on proper inspection methods and product characteristics

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings and schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
