Plan and lay out work from raw materials to produce intricate production and experimental sheet-metal parts and final assemblies.;
Operate a variety of equipment including shears, brakes, drills, sanders, degreasing baths, spray-painting tools, silk-screening equipment, manual mills, lathes, MIG/TIG welders, spot welders, and other fabrication tools.;
Interpret and follow standard work instructions, blueprints, sketches, charts, tables, formulas, verbal instructions, and electronic orders.;
Inspect work to ensure compliance with specified tolerances.;
Identify and troubleshoot straightforward issues within established processes.
