• Work with Programming Mgr, VP Mfg, Production / Tooling Mgrs to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve set‑up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.
• Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.
• Participate and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Via training and in‑house events.
• Ensure CAD/CAM (ESPRIT) software is up to date and current.
• Work with software providers and internal team on technology changes.
• Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs in ESPRIT on 3‑5 Axis Mills / Lathes.

• Associate or Technical Degree is preferred.
• 3+ years experience – strongly prefer aerospace / defense sector.
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.
  • ESPRIT software skills is a MUST along with GD&T skills and knowledge.
    • Working knowledge / advanced skills with ESPRIT (CAM), G‑Code and M‑Code controls.
• Compensation: DOE – $32‑40/hr – $85K range.
