We’re seeking skilled CNC Machinists to run and set up CNC lathes and mills on 2nd shift and weekend shifts. The right candidate will be hands‑on, comfortable with multiple control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth), and able to work independently to keep production running smoothly. This role requires the ability to handle full machine set‑ups, make on-the-fly program edits, and fine‑tune speeds, feeds, and offsets to meet quality and production goals.

Pay: $20-$30/hr

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills using Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth controls
• Edit programs at the machine, adjusting speeds, feeds, and offsets as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine part requirements
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet print and quality standards

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist working with both lathes and mills
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth controls
• Ability to independently handle set‑ups, program edits, and machine adjustments
• Solid blueprint reading and measuring skills
• Good understanding of machining processes and cutting tools
• Own basic hand tools (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications are a plus
