LEER-Painter

## Leer is looking for a motivated individual to join our Team!  We are currently searching for a Painter and offer competitive pay and benefits.## ##

Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm, with overtime as needed.## ##
** Responsibilities**:* ## Prep units, which includes washing units, drying seams, checking for/repairing dents, taping breakers, checking and following paperwork* ## Paint units* ## Change out paints* ## Clean paint and wash equipment* ## Repair damaged units* ## Use proper technique using putty and fillers* ## Perform paint PMs as assigned* ## Conduct paint Inventory* ## Must be willing to work schedule as assigned by supervisor or lead* ## Work on front assembly line as required* ## All other duties as assigned## ##
** Qualifications*** ## Must understand and be able to follow
** ALL
* * safe operating procedures & requirements* ## Must possess a cooperative attitude* ## Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision* ## Must be able to understand and execute instructions* ## Must be able to operate the washer and painting equipment* ## Must have high attention to detail* ## Must be able to wear all safety equipment, including a breathable air hood and half masks* ## Experience painting is a plus!##

**## Must be willing and able to work in warm environment during summer months* ## Ability to lift/push pull 50-100 lbs.,

* * on a continual basis.* ## Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.* ## Ability to stand for long periods of time.* ## Ability to use repetitive motions.* ## Self starter with the ability to work as a team as well* ## Ability to be on time and at work on a daily basis.* ## Must have a flexible work schedule.##
