Job Title: CNC Programmer – 2nd Shift

Location:

Tulsa, OK
Pay: $28 – $38 per hour plus 11.5% shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Position Summary

Hire Call is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for creating accurate and efficient CNC programs to ensure parts are produced safely, on time, and to strict quality standards. The CNC Programmer will work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to support continuous improvement and production success.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of NC machine operations
  • Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
What You’ll Do
  • Write CNC programs using Mazatrol, ESPRIT CAM, and manual programming methods
  • Develop programs that meet drawing tolerances, quality requirements, and production timelines
  • Optimize machining processes for efficiency, repeatability, and consistency
  • Apply operational knowledge of assigned NC machines to ensure reliable performance
  • Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to resolve production issues
  • Use precision measuring & inspection equipment to verify part accuracy
  • Accurately interpret blueprints, diagrams, drawings, & sketches
Education & Experience
  • 1–5 years of CNC programming experience for precision part production
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of technical or vocational training preferred
  • Relevant technical education may substitute for direct experience
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to work at a computer workstation approximately 80% of the workday
  • Remaining time may include bending, squatting, and light lifting
  • Ability to move between multiple buildings within a manufacturing campus
