Surface Mount Technology Operator - WKD Shift

Friday - Sunday | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Load and assist with setup and staging of product on SMT lines
• Perform setup and teardown of feeders for all pick‑and‑place machines
• Assist with setup and operation of pick‑and‑place equipment
• Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to analyze PCB defect data
• Adhere to all general team member requirements and safety standards
• Properly handle and manage hazardous waste generated in the work area
• Perform additional assignments as required

• Ability to read and understand load plans
• Ability to read and understand production drawings
• Basic component identification skills
• Ability to build electronic assemblies

• Lifting/Carry:
  Stand continuously 10 lbs or less;

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months of printed circuit board assembly experience preferred

• Must be capable of satisfactorily completing the training and certifications identified in training matrix.

• Required to wear PPE as needed
