Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Position Overview

International Motor’s Tulsa Bus Plant is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team! International Motors has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in the EV/CBC center. The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will be the primary resource for Tulsa Operations for establishing technical expertise on the principles of Lean Manufacturing. The position will work directly with appropriate disciplines within the facilities to provide operational effectiveness/efficiency solutions in several key areas such as Process Capability, Absenteeism/Workmanship, and Facilities/Tooling/Materials.

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor will report to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and oversee a team of 40-60 employees.

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday through Friday 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Direct the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets
• Make budgetary recommendations and may control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience
• At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience

Salary Minimum: USD $74,400.00/Yr.

Salary Maximum: USD $/Yr.
