As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a passionate and driven Manufacturing Operations Leader to join our team and help guide our next chapter of success.

Position Overview

This is not just another management role—it is a chance to shape the future of an industry‑leading company. As our Manufacturing Leader, you will spend at least 50% of your time on the shop floor, where your hands‑on leadership will directly impact performance, quality standards, and continuous improvements. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to maintain our industry leadership while ensuring a culture of efficiency, safety, and employee engagement.

What

You’ll Be Doing Leading with Purpose

You will define and lead manufacturing performance objectives across the company, ensuring that production goals are met while driving constant improvements in our manufacturing operations. Your leadership will influence everything from daily production to long‑term strategic success.

Championing Quality & Efficiency

You’ll develop and implement high standards for workmanship and quality, create cost‑saving strategies, and establish performance goals that focus on improving efficiency, safety, and our overall manufacturing processes.

Managing the Budget & Financials

In collaboration with the finance team, you’ll oversee the manufacturing budget, track costs, and identify key opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses.

Optimizing Scheduling & Coordination

You’ll ensure production schedules are met in a timely manner by coordinating with other departments and suppliers to maximize the efficient use of resources, machinery, and labor.

Strategic Vision & Goal Setting

Take a lead role in setting clear annual goals, including facility improvements, workforce planning, safety initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. You’ll develop metrics to measure and guide our success across all areas.

Building a Winning Team

You’ll be an effective communicator and motivator, inspiring team members to reach their full potential while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous growth and employee engagement.

Safety is a priority. You’ll ensure that all manufacturing activities meet safety standards and compliance regulations, so our team can work confidently and securely.

What You Need to Bring to the Table
  • Proven Leadership: a successful track record of manufacturing leadership, process improvement, and driving operational excellence.
  • Financial & Operational Expertise: strong experience in budget management, cost‑reduction strategies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Hands‑On

    Experience:

    extensive experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or welding shops, leading by example on the shop floor.
  • Strategic Vision: excellence in re‑engineering operations, implementing new strategies, and setting performance metrics that drive success.
  • Strong Leadership & Communication

    Skills:

    ability to motivate, develop, and communicate effectively with your team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and high performance.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A background in metallurgy (highly desirable)
  • Experience with root cause analysis, error‑proofing, and corrective actions.
