Aircraft Quality Inspector in Tulsa

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift - M-F 6 am – 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift M-F 3pm-11:30pm (Will train on 1st shift M-F 7:30am-4pm)

• Inspects materials, parts, and products at internal and external receipt including different stages of production as well as from outside processing operations.
• Records observations, certificates of conformance; may provide first article inspection support.
• Create NCR’s if parts are Nonconforming.
• Ensure work orders and parts from outside processing are inspected appropriately, matched, and sent for final operations.
• Inspection of Sealing, Electrical Bonding, Part Configuration, Detail part, final assembly to blueprint requirements.
• Inspection of shot peen parts, chemical process, painted parts to specifications and blueprint requirements.
• Other Duties Assigned by Leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of quality inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Ability to work on a team as well as independently.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, general procedures and government regulations.
• Must be able to interpret and understand OEM specifications.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers, calipers, height gages, Isoscope, etc.).
