QTD Tulsa PM Selector

This role involves cutting open product, stocking flow racks, staging overflow/backstock neatly on pallets, and supporting other areas as directed by management.

Schedule Options: 5pm – 2:00am. PAY: $19.26 per hour + $1.00 per hour night differential for hours worked between 6pm-4am. $80 weekly completed shift bonus for working scheduled shifts after 90 days of employment.

• Verify labels on all broken case merchandise is accurate.
• Cut open boxes safely away from stocker on the correct side without damaging product; product overflow must be on a pallet and not directly on the floor; stack heavy to light neatly to prevent damages.
• Load merchandise in the correct slot on the flow rack; some products have more than one slot. Slotting product to maximize product availability for day selecting team.
• Pull product from backstock area for broken case select areas as specified by the picking labels.
• Transfer product following established procedures.
• Turn in paperwork to appropriate area when finished.
• Keep management informed of barriers to maintain effective performance (i.e., machine problems, missing labels).
• Operate Material Handling Equipment to specified requirements in a safe manner following manufacturer and QTD Guidelines.
• Keep work area swept, mopped, and free of trash.
• Assist and help in the completion of work in other areas (Ambient and Temperate Controlled) in the Facility as designated by management.

Requirements for this position:

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Employee must work through QTD job categories per policy.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to safely and correctly operate Material Handling equipment and obtain machine operator certificate for pallet jack.

Desired specifications for this position:

• Skills:
  
  Machine operator certificate completed for forklift, Man up, and two-wheeler.
• Additional criteria:
  Must be able to stand for long periods of time, good manual dexterity, and ability to lift at least 60 lbs. without trouble.
