• Receive customer orders and complete installation or assembly jobs at customers’ homes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm all appointments.
• Assemble products to National Assembler’s specifications.
• Build a strong rapport with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction through excellent service and quality workmanship.

• Piece‑rate compensation: $20/hr – $30/hr, with potential to earn more (full‑time/part‑time available).

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be willing to regularly drive 15–75 miles to customers’ homes and businesses.

NAI pays in‑home technicians a competitive base rate, with additional earnings for every completed project. Jobs and schedules vary by location and can be full‑time or part‑time. All employees are W‑2, trained, insured, and receive overtime and benefits eligibility.
