Pay: $14.00–$20.00/hr(DOE)

Blue Worx is hiring dependable Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Tulsa. This role supports multiple areas of production including machine operation, molding, shipping & receiving, CNC support, and general manufacturing duties.

The Production Worker assists with manufacturing operations by operating equipment, supporting production lines, handling materials, inspecting products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Support molding, machining, CNC, and warehouse operations
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Perform basic machine operation and production support tasks
• Inspect products and components for quality and accuracy
• Read work instructions, production paperwork, and basic blueprints as needed
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and staging materials
• Operate forklifts or material-handling equipment when assigned
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Support production goals and overtime requirements as needed

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, CNC, or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple departments
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate and understand English
