NOW HIRING: CNC Machinists | Tulsa Area | $24–$35/hr

We are actively hiring experienced CNC Machinists for long-term opportunities with a well-established manufacturing company in the Tulsa area
. These roles offer strong potential for permanent hire for dependable, skilled machinists looking for stability and growth.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and quality production of precision‑machined parts using CNC mills and/or lathes. Success in this position requires strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain tight tolerances in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components
  • Perform basic machine-side program edits (G-code / M-code knowledge preferred
    )
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
  • Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and machine setup corrections
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
  • Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet quality and production specifications
  • Troubleshoot minor machining or setup issues to maintain production flow
  • Follow all shop safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (
    mills, lathes, or both
    )
  • Setup experience strongly preferred
    , but experienced operators with editing capabilities will be considered
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC controls is a plus
  • Manufacturing or precision machining background required
Shifts Available
  • 1st Shift – Daytime hours
  • 2nd Shift – Shift differential available
