- Maintain the nonconformance and CAPA program.
- Coordinate the performance and completion of required employee training through Chart’s Master Control program to develop and improve employee proficiency.
- Coordinating and perform equipment validations in preparation for use in production.
- Ensure inspecting, measuring, and test equipment (IMTE) used at the Chart Tulsa facility is calibrated and maintained current.
- Design, install, and evaluate quality process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.
- Assist in the formulation of quality procedures and plans, and recommend revision of specifications when indicated.
- Interface with engineering and production components within the company, and with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
- Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality.
- Improve product quality by making recommendations for change.
- Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
- Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
- Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
- Formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity in the business.
- Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.
- Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
