We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to join a state‑of‑the‑art facility with best‑in‑class design and assembly capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a machine build / assembly environment
, solving complex problems, and driving continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production, and ensuring new products are successfully launched into production.
What You’ll Do- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, workflow, and efficiency
- Validate and maintain BOMs, work instructions, and documentation
- Support machine assembly operations and standardize best practices across platforms
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause solutions (8D, Lean tools)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
- Support new product introductions (NPI) from prototype through production
- Design and improve fixtures, jigs, and tooling to enhance assembly
- Translate 3D CAD models and drawings into manufacturing processes
- Participate in PFMEA / DFMEA reviews
- Implement engineering changes and support production readiness
- Partner with QA, production, and vendors to improve quality and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related)
- Experience in machine assembly or custom equipment manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Hands‑on troubleshooting experience in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Solid Works (or similar CAD) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, hands‑on mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Work in a modern, well‑equipped facility
